Welcome to FounderJourneys (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FounderJourneys mobile app and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the App.

2. User Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your login details secure.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms.

3. User-Generated Content

You may upload videos, profiles, and “ask” posts (“User Content”). By posting, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your content.
• Confirm your content is authentic, accurate, and lawful.
• Accept full responsibility for your content and interactions.

Prohibited content includes:

• Nudity, sexually suggestive, or explicit material.
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language.
• False or misleading claims.
• Malware, spam, or unauthorized promotions.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We may, at our discretion:

• Review, edit, or remove any content violating these Terms.
• Suspend, restrict, or terminate user access.
• Report unlawful behavior to authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All FounderJourneys branding, code, and content (excluding User Content) belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal or deceptive activity.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
• Use bots or scrapers to access data.
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App.

Violations may lead to account termination or legal action.

7. Reporting Violations

To report inappropriate content or behavior, email [email protected] or use the in-app reporting feature.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or harm the community.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or authenticity of User Content.
• Service interruptions or data loss.
• Third-party integrations or links.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FounderJourneys and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
